课题组 (http://zje.intl.zju.edu.cn/en/our-team/faculty )诚聘博士后一名。本课题组使用高分辨率的活细胞显微镜技术和现代分子遗传学工具来研究细胞分裂/胞质分裂的动力学和力学机制。本实验室的长期目标是探究细胞在组织水平上分裂过程，以及细胞分裂失败在疾病发展过程中造成的病理结果。博士后将开发各种基于光学成像的工具来研究单个细胞和组织中的细胞分裂问题。

Dr. Xin Xie Lab：

Two postdoctoral fellow positions in the field of stem cell are immediately available in the Zhejiang-Edinburgh Institute, Zhejiang University.

We investigate signaling molecules within adult stem cells (intestinal、muscle and mesenchymal stem cells) regulate their fundamental properties in both physiological and pathological conditions. Our research incorporates genetically modified mice, primary cells and 3D organoids as well as biopsies from human patients.

We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a PhD degree in biomedical research or life science, usually under 35 years old for Chinese applicants and 40 years old for Foreign applicants. Previous experience in transgenic animal, bioinformatics analysis and cancer biology is an advantage. Appointment is initially for 2 years with a possible two-year extension. Postdoctoral fellows will receive an annual salary up to $45,000 (300,000 RMB) plus full social and medical benefits. Zhejiang University also provide housing arrangements and children’s education benefits for postdoctoral scientists.

Dr.Chew Ting Gang Lab:

Dr. Chew’s laboratory employs high-resolution live-cell microscopy techniques and modern molecular genetics tools to study the dynamics and mechanics of cell division/cytokinesis in eukaryotic systems such as human cells. A long-term goal of this laboratory is to have a tissue-level understanding of the cell division process, and the pathological consequences of cytokinesis failure in disease progression. To this end, the candidates will be developing various optical imaging-based tools to study the cell division problems in single-cells and tissues.

The candidates will have a relevant Ph.D in cell biology or molecular biology, usually under 35 years old for Chinese applicants and 40 years old for Foreign applicants. Familiarity with basic cell culture, microscopy, molecular and biochemical experimental techniques are essential. Previous experience in live-cell imaging would be helpful, but is not essential. A demonstrable track record of productive experimental work is essential.

The ideal candidate will receive an annual salary up to $45,000 (300,000 RMB) depending on the candidate’s qualifications. The candidate will be able to stay within the beautiful and English-speaking campus.
